What this service is. The Unsaid Wall (theunsaidwall.com) is an anonymous wall where anyone can release a short, unspoken truth and tap the ones that resonate. There are no accounts and no registration, and we do not collect identity. The data controller is Hormesis Effect Ltd (United Kingdom); its registration details are in the Wall's Terms.

What we store. The anonymous truths you choose to release and the votes ("I feel this") you give. Truths cannot be linked to you and we do not know which one is yours. When you release a truth, vote or sign up for the weekly email, we compute a one-way, salted SHA-256 hash of your IP address, used only for rate limits and abuse protection - we never store your raw IP. The hash is deleted automatically within 48 hours.

Cookies. The wall sets only two small functional first-party cookies: "ar-t" remembers the look you picked (the palette name) and "ar-l" the language you picked. Both are created only when you tap the corresponding switch, last up to a year, belong only to theunsaidwall.com and contain nothing but that one word - no identifiers, no tracking. Until the premiere, a third cookie, "uw-key", is set only in a browser that opens the wall with the preview key; it holds a hash of that key, nothing about you, and expires after 30 days.

Local storage. Five keys stay in your browser and are not sent anywhere: "unsaid_voted" (the list of truths you have already tapped), "unsaid_weekly_seen" (the truths of the week you have opened), "unsaid_cache" (a local copy of the most recently displayed public truths and counters, so the wall paints instantly on your next visit), "unsaid_hint_seen" (whether the one-time tap hint has already been shown) and "unsaid_subscribed" (that you have already asked for the weekly email, so the wall does not ask again).

Moderation. Every truth passes automated moderation, some also human review. The text you release is processed only to publish it or decline it; profanity is masked. Automated moderation and the translation of truths into the wall's languages run on AI models from Anthropic; the text is sent there without anything about you and is not used to train their models.

Truth of the Week by email. If you sign up, your email address and the language of the page you signed up on go straight to MailerLite (UAB MailerLite, Vilnius, Lithuania), which stores them on servers in the European Union and sends the emails on our behalf; we keep no copy ourselves. Nothing is sent until you confirm your address by clicking the link in the confirmation email. You get one email a week, in English, and nothing else. Every email has an unsubscribe link; unsubscribing stops the emails, and on request we delete your address entirely. The legal basis is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time. Sign-ups are rate-limited with the same short-lived IP hash as truths and votes.

Analytics. The wall uses Plausible: cookieless, aggregate statistics with no personal data. This page loads no analytics at all.

Czym jest ten serwis. The Unsaid Wall (theunsaidwall.com) to anonimowa ściana, na której każdy może wypuścić krótką, niewypowiedzianą prawdę i dotknąć tych, które są też jego. Nie ma kont ani rejestracji i nie zbieramy tożsamości. Administratorem danych jest Hormesis Effect Ltd (Wielka Brytania); dane rejestrowe spółki znajdziesz w Zasadach ściany.

Co zapisujemy. Anonimowe prawdy, które wypuszczasz, i głosy ("Czuję to"), które oddajesz. Prawd nie da się powiązać z Tobą i nie wiemy, która jest Twoja. Gdy wypuszczasz prawdę, głosujesz lub zapisujesz się na Prawdę tygodnia na e-mail, obliczamy jednokierunkowy, solony skrót SHA-256 Twojego adresu IP, używany wyłącznie do limitów i ochrony przed nadużyciami - nigdy nie zapisujemy surowego IP. Skrót jest usuwany automatycznie w ciągu 48 godzin.

Oba powstają wyłącznie po dotknięciu odpowiedniego przełącznika, działają do roku, należą tylko do theunsaidwall.com i nie zawierają nic poza tym jednym słowem - zero identyfikatorów, zero śledzenia. Do premiery trzecie ciasteczko, "uw-key", powstaje wyłącznie w przeglądarce, która otworzy ścianę kluczem podglądu; zawiera skrót tego klucza, nic o Tobie, i wygasa po 30 dniach.

Pamięć lokalna. Pięć kluczy zostaje w Twojej przeglądarce i nigdzie nie jest wysyłanych: "unsaid_voted" (lista prawd, które już dotknąłeś), "unsaid_weekly_seen" (obejrzane prawdy tygodnia), "unsaid_cache" (lokalna kopia ostatnio wyświetlanych publicznych prawd i liczników, dzięki której ściana rysuje się od razu przy kolejnej wizycie), "unsaid_hint_seen" (informacja, że jednorazowa podpowiedź o dotykaniu prawd została już pokazana) oraz "unsaid_subscribed" (informacja, że już poprosiłeś o Prawdę tygodnia na e-mail, więc ściana nie pyta drugi raz).

Moderacja. Każda prawda przechodzi moderację automatyczną, część także ręczną. Wypuszczony tekst jest przetwarzany wyłącznie po to, żeby go opublikować albo odrzucić; wulgaryzmy maskujemy. Moderacja automatyczna i tłumaczenie prawd na języki ściany działają na modelach AI firmy Anthropic; tekst trafia tam bez żadnej informacji o Tobie i nie służy do trenowania ich modeli.

Prawda tygodnia na e-mail. Jeśli się zapiszesz, Twój adres e-mail i język strony, na której się zapisałeś, trafiają bezpośrednio do MailerLite (UAB MailerLite, Wilno, Litwa), który przechowuje je na serwerach w Unii Europejskiej i wysyła maile w naszym imieniu; sami nie zapisujemy żadnej kopii. Nic nie wysyłamy, dopóki nie potwierdzisz adresu kliknięciem w link z maila potwierdzającego. Dostajesz jeden mail w tygodniu, po angielsku, i nic więcej. Każdy mail ma link do wypisania; wypisanie zatrzymuje wysyłkę, a na prośbę usuwamy Twój adres całkowicie. Podstawą jest Twoja zgoda, którą możesz wycofać w każdej chwili. Zapisy są limitowane tym samym krótkotrwałym skrótem IP co wpisy i głosy.

Analityka. Ściana korzysta z Plausible: bez cookies, statystyki zbiorcze, bez danych osobowych. Ta strona nie ładuje żadnej analityki.
